On October 3, 2023, students of the North Kazakhstan Higher Medical College listened to a lecture on fraud.
Speakers were: Bolyspaeva Bakhytgul Alibekovna - a member of the Interdepartmental Group for Security under the Akimat of the North Kazakhstan region; Podchernin Vitaly Alexandrovich - senior operative for particularly important cases of the Criminal Police Department of the North Kazakhstan region Police Department, police major; Balatskaya Milena Igorevna – operative of the UKP DP of the North Kazakhstan region, police captain.
Currently, more and more financial crimes are related to credit cards, as well as the use of personal personal data.
