The 22nd of October in 2019 a training seminar on the portal " E-government» was held by the specialists of the Department № 2 of Petropavlovsk GC "Government for citizens" in the North Kazakhstan region.
College students were taught "digital literacy" to use information technology in obtaining public services. Students were familiarized with the possibility of telegram bot and EGOV mobile application.
