On December 23, 2020, the International Scientific and Practical online Conference "Technical and Vocational Education: Experience and Prospects" was held at the North Kazakhstan Higher Medical College, dedicated to the 90th anniversary of the college's establishment and is an event aimed at supporting and developing the scientific activities of technical and vocational education.
Our College with the anniversary congratulated head of the Department of education of the region Vladimir Tkachenko, Deputy head of the Department of health SKO Aymanov Nurlan Bagdaulet, Chairman of the Board of "Union of medical colleges" Ruslanova Nailya Bekkulova, chief physician "the first city hospital" Bapanova Mariyam Karlovna, a veteran of pedagogical work Bykovskaya Tamara. On this day in the address of the College has been said many kind and warm words.
The conference was attended by representatives of medical colleges of Russia, Kazakhstan, as well as technical and vocational education of the North Kazakhstan region.
The conference demonstrated the declared international status and promoted the exchange of experience in the field of vocational education, discussion of topical issues and prospects for the development of secondary medical education, and in general, the system of technical and vocational education.
The objectives of the conference were:
Dissemination of the experience of modern approaches to the organization of educational activities in the college;
* Generalization and dissemination of experience in the use of digital technologies in secondary vocational education;
* Actualization of the role of youth policy and student volunteer activities in the development of specialists;
* improving the level of clinical competence of the conference participants through the study of modern medical scientific technologies.
The plenary part of the conference was opened by the head of the methodological office of the college Nadezhda Nikolaevna Badagazina, who spoke about the main stages of the formation of the college.
The speech of the director of the Tobolsk Medical College named after Volodya Soldatov, Natalia Danilina, was bright and interesting. The rich experience in training and education of future secondary medical workers was demonstrated.
Anton Faritovich Kiselev, Deputy Director for Educational Work of the Sverdlovsk Regional Medical College, shared the achievements and experience of the volunteer movement of the college and the region.
The conference was held at four venues in the following areas:

- An integral part of the modern education system is a well-developed digital infrastructure. Therefore, IT is necessary to develop the IT infrastructure in educational institutions, digital educational resources, networks and platforms of open online courses, and automation of services.
- Modernization of technical and vocational education is possible if the achievements of modern practical health care and health-saving technologies are used
