On November 26, 2019, the North Kazakhstan higher medical сollege held elections of the President of the Student government, in which every student of the сollege could take part. In the end the vote was won by the student group D18-01 Kenjebaev Maksut Ruslanovich.
The purpose of the election was to identify a leader who could improve the social life of the сollege, diversify it, motivate students to social activity. The success of the election depended, of course, on the enthusiasm of the voters themselves.
The elections were solemnly opened by the Director of the сollege Bizhanov Kanysh Bolatovich. And the first voters traditionally were the students of the new set of groups F19-01 and F19-02.

The candidates ' campaign took place between 15 and 25 November 2019. A Commission was set up to count the votes and student observers were appointed. After the end of voting on November 26 from 16.00 to 17.00 the Commission counted the votes.
